The learned Counsel for non-applicant Nos.1 and 2 submits that Petition No.E-105/2022, of which transfer is sought in the present application, has been disposed of by the Family court at Yavatmal vide its judgment and order dated 01/02/2024. He tendered a copy of judgment in the said petition, which is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

02] In the wake of this development, the application for transfer of said Petition No.E-105/2022 from the Family Court at Yavatmal to the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Samudrapur, District Wardha becomes infructuous.
