CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) ST. NO.24035/2018 The learned Counsel for the applicants has submitted that the principal amount of compensation is already deposited before the reference Court and remaining amount would be deposited within twelve weeks in this Court.

In view of the statement made on behalf of the applicants, permission to deposit the remaining amount within twelve weeks, in this Court, is granted. The impugned judgment and award dated 13/11/2017 passed by the 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in Land Acquisition Case No.504/2012 is hereby stayed, until further orders.
