We permit the petitioner to approach the Authorities under the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950, as it is the contention, based on the Annexure-A to the petition dated May 12, 2016, that there is a mismanagement of the Trust money.

In that view of the matter, if any proceedings are taken out by the petitioner, we expect the Authorities under the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950 to decide the same expeditiously.
