By this application, the respondents seek withdrawal of Corrected as per Court's order dated 16th July, the amount of R.1,56,000/-, which has been deposited by the applicant towards the arrears of the maintenance. The application is opposed by the applicant.

Since the amount deposited by the applicant in view of the direction towards the arrears of the maintenance granted by the Family Court, Nagpur, the respondents are permitted to withdraw the said amount on the count of respondent no.1 for herself and on behalf of the respondent nos.2 and 3. 3.

The application is disposed of.

CRIMINAL APPLICATION [APPR] NO.309/2022 In the wake of amount deposited by the applicant in this matter, there shall be stay to the execution proceeding bearing ER No.174/2022 pending before the Family Court, Nagpur.
