As the name of petitioner has been added to the waiting list for grant of compassionate employment, it is apparent that the grievance about the contempt does not survive. The learned Counsel further adds that the petitioner will reach age of 45 years in next year and thereafter may be disqualified for grant of employment. This contention cannot be looked into in the present jurisdiction.

With liberty to the petitioner to raise appropriate grievance at appropriate juncture, we dispose of the present petition. No costs.
