This is an application moved by respondent Nos.3 and 4 for withdrawal of amount.

Heard learned counsel Shri M.M. Sawang for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned counsel Shri A.W. Paunikar for the appellant-insurance company. 3.
As per earlier orders, part amount is already withdrawn by the claimants. Reason that is put forth in the application is for marriage expenses of Ujjwal/respondent No.3 and educational expenses for Amit/respondent No.4 who is according to the said respondents is appearing for MPSC Examination. The marriage is already over. However, some expenses have been incurred and for MPSC Examination it is quite .....2/-

In that view of the matter, the civil application is party allowed. Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.50,000/- each by furnishing usual undertaking before this Court. With this, the civil application stands disposed of accordingly. JUDGE !! BRW !!
