After arguing for some time the learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application, however, requests for direction to the Sessions Court to dispose the trial within three months. The learned A.P.P. has submitted that the summons to the witnesses to be examined in the trial were issued in December, 2016 and perhaps the trial might have commenced.

The application is disposed as withdrawn with directions to the Sessions Court to dispose the trial till 30th September, 2017.

If the trial is not disposed till 30th September, 2017 the applicant may reiterate his request. JUDGE RRaut..
