The miscellaneous civil application is filed praying that the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 02-12-2014 refusing the registration of the first appeal be recalled and the first appeal be restored. Considering the fact that the order is passed before registration of the first appeal, without issuing notice to the non-applicants, the civil application praying for condonation of delay of eight days in filing the miscellaneous civil application is allowed.

For the same reason, the miscellaneous civil application is allowed and the first appeal is restored. This is on condition that the applicant shall remove the office objections within one week, failing which this order shall stand recalled and the order passed by the
