The applicants already have anticipatory bail in their favour. The Court granted bail due to fact that though the report was lodged immediately after incident on 29/09/2015, the names of the applicants were not mentioned. Their names surface on 03/10/2016. The perusal of the First Information Report prima facie does not show any case, at least, at this stage, in favour of the applicants, warranting exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction.

Hence keeping all questions open and with liberty to the applicants to take such steps as are open in law, we dispose of this criminal application.
