DATE : 05/12/2019 This is an application filed by the applicants/respondents to correct the surname of respondents since spelling mistake is occurred therein. The surname mentioned in the original application as well as appeal memo is "Partaki". According to the respondents, the correct surname is "Perteki". The original record of the proceedings is with Labour Court, which requires initial correction.

In view of that the applicants/respondents are directed to apply before the Labour Court, who on such application, will immediately carry out corrections in the

On receipt of record and proceedings, further orders regarding correction in the surname in the appeal memo will be passed.
