The contents of the First Information Report shows that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. Hence, ad-interim bail granted on 17.10.2018 is hereby confirmed.

The applicant is directed to attend the Police Station, Bhandara once in a week i.e. on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m, till filing of the chargesheet. He shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency. JUDGE rkn
