This is an application seeking permission to deposit the cost. Vide judgment dated 04.11.2025 while quashing the First Information Report in question, we had imposed cost of Rs. 5,000/- on both the applicants and respondent no. 2. Now the applicants has moved the application seeking permission to deposit the cost.
