Respondent no. 1/ original claimant is seeking withdrawal of the compensation amount.

The claim was on account of death of her husband. In pursuance of award, the appellant-insurer has deposited total compensation amount of Rs.68,62,898/- (Rupees Sixty Eight Lakh Sixty Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Eight only) in this Court. The Tribunal vide its' order has fix deposit Rs. 50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakh only) in the nationalized Bank. Having regard to the said fact respondent no. 1 is permitted to withdraw the rest of the entire amount on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial).
