DATE : March 29, 2023 The learned In-charge Government Pleader on instructions from Shri Prashant Sonarkar, Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Gondia, who is present in Court today, submits that the elections of the Primary Co-operative Society being Adiwasi Vividh Karyakari Sahakari Sanstha Maryadit, Kadikasa, Tah. Deori, District Gondia was conducted on 25/03/2023 and pursuant thereto the final voters' list of the Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee, Deori, District Gondia has been prepared.

In case the names of the members elected in the elections of the Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society are not included in the final voters' list, the aggrieved parties are free to take such steps as are permissible in law to seek redressal of their grievance. Since the prayer made in the writ petition pertaining to the petitioner's Society has been granted, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
