By this application, appellant is seeking stay to the execution of impugned award passed in L.A.C. No. 05 of 2010. The appellant makes a statement that the entire compensation amount will be deposited within eight weeks from today.

In view of the said statement, execution of impugned award is stayed for eight weeks.
