HAQ, J.

DATE : 17.3.2015 Heard Shri H.R. Gadhia, the learned advocate for the petitioner and Shri N.G. Jetha, the learned advocate for the respondent. The petition arises out of an interlocutory order passed by the Small Causes Court rejecting the application filed by the petitioner under Order 11 Rule 12 of the Civil Procedure Code for discovery of documents. The order being purely interlocutory in nature, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. It is clarified that the petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the impugned order, if necessary in appeal, if so advised. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. JUDGE Tambaskar.
