By this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the applicants have challenged registration of the First Information Report bearing No.194/2017 dated 08.10.2017 for the offences punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

During pendency of the present application, the non-applicant No.1 has filed affidavit dated 10.02.2021. In paragraph No.2 of the said affidavit, it is stated that the Investigating Officer has completed the investigation and has filed "C" Final Report on 09.02.2021 before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Washim.

In view of filing of "C" Final Report, the application filed by the applicants is rendered infructuous. 4.

The same is disposed of as infructuous.

21.Cri.APL No.104.18 CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPP) NO.1747/2018.

In view of disposal of the Criminal Application (APL) No.104/2018, the Criminal Application (APPP) No.1747/2018 for grant of stay to First Information Report registered by the respondent does not survive. Hence, the same is disposed of accordingly.
