On going through the proposed amendments, we find that if allowed, these amendments would not substantially change the stand taken by the petitioner in this petition and, therefore, interest of justice would demand that this application is allowed.
The application is allowed accordingly. Liberty is
granted to the respondents to file their respective additional replies to the amended portions. Amendments be carried out within two weeks from the date of the order.
