By the order dated 28.03.2018, the Deputy Director of Education was directed to appoint a competent employee to prepare and send the salary bills of the teaching and non-teaching employees of Sant Gadgebaba Junior College Kolhapur (MCVC) Course to the Superintendent of Pay Unit, Amravati regularly. After notice was issued in the present contempt petition, hearing was conducted and on 16.03.2019 an order has been passed appointing a senior teacher Shri A.V. Giri conferring on him administrative powers in compliance with the directions issued in the writ petition. In view of this order, the directions issued in the writ petition stand complied with. In case any individual employee still has any grievance with regard to his salary bills, such employee is free to take legal recourse in accordance with law.

Contempt petition is disposed of.
