1] The petitioners pray that this Court should enquire into the Land Acquisition Case No.7/47/2003-04 of Mouja Moha (Masoli), Tq. and Distt. Yavatmal and set aside the registered sale-deed dated 29.1.2017 and grant enhancement to the petitioners under Sections 18 and 28 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

2] The learned A.G.P. submits that this petition has been preferred before this Court without availing of the remedy as is permissible in law.

3] Considering the above, this petition is disposed off. The petitioners would be at liberty to avail of a statutory remedy as is permissible in law. (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) Tambaskar.
