The issue in the petition is covered by the order dated 24.02.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.902 of 2025 (Manohar Sitaram Rathod vs. State of Maharashtra and others) in the similar set of circumstances.

That being so, the petition stands disposed of as the petitioner has an alternate remedy to which he can take recourse. 4.

We need to clarify that we have not appreciated the merits of the matter.
