By the present application, the applicant-original respondent has applied for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.24,000/- (Rupees Twenty Four Thousand only) which is deposited in the present proceedings. The learned counsel for the applicant-original respondent has also placed on record a compromise, which is arrived at between the parties in Criminal Case No.703/2010 before the 6th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ahmadnagar.
The learned counsel for the appellant/non-applicant has also no objection for permitting the respondent/applicant to withdraw the said amount.
In that view of the matter, the civil application is allowed and disposed of.
