Heard Shri Gandhi, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Bangadkar, learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel Shri Gandhi submits that on account of non-removal of office objections within stipulated period, revision application was dismissed in compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 5-11-2014. Shri Gandhi submits that non-removal of office objections was on account of inadvertence. He further submits that the office objections will be removed within two weeks. Learned counsel Shri Gandhi further submits that as the applicant has raised substantial grounds and revision application was admitted by this Court by order dated 20-12-2012, the dismissal of the revision application on account of non-removal of office objections would cause serious prejudice to the applicant.

In view of the submissions of the learned .....2/-

Criminal Revision Application No. 193/2012 is restored to its file subject to removal of office objections within two weeks.
