This is an application for condonation of delay in lodging the first appeal. Delay is of 116 days.

Heard learned counsel Shri C.A. Anthony for the applicant, learned counsel Shri N.R. Bhisikar for non-applicant Nos.1 to 4 and learned counsel Shri Kunal Nalamwar for non-applicant No.7. Though nonapplicant No.6 is served, nobody is appearing on his behalf, even otherwise for decision of this application for condonation of delay his presence is not required.

Learned counsel for the respective non-applicants vehemently oppose the application.

Having gone through the contents of the application, I am satisfied that the delay is satisfactorily explained. Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is hereby condoned. Office to register the first appeal. The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
