2.

Application is for speaking to minutes and prayer therein is to modify the order by correctly recording the facts. Submission of learned AGP is, observations by this court that document mentioned in paragraph no.5 of its order was before the committee, is incorrect. No such document was produced by the petitioner.

3.

Petitioner also is not disputing this position.

Order 0211caW2799.18 4.

In paragraph no.6 we have permitted petitioner liberty to produce documents and affidavits. In paragraph no.3, we have taken note of the fact that after petitioner submitted his caste claim without any opportunity to him it has been rejected.

5.

However, only to correct the records, we add the word "not" in last but one line, after the words "is" in paragraph no.5. Thus, after insertion of that word, last sentence in paragraph no.5 will read as " As this document is not before Committee, we are not inclined to observe anything more on said document". 6.

Civil Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
