Civil Application No.1384/2018 This is an application filed by the appellant under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 r/w Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure for grant of injunction.

Heard. Perused the application. It is submitted that as on today the possession is with the appellant. The status quo order was granted by this Court on 31.10.2018. In view thereof, there shall be status quo till the disposal of the appeal. Civil Application stands disposed of.
