Shri R.R.Chhabra, learned advocate for the petitioner and Shri A.C. Dharmadhikari, learned advocate for the respondent No.3 submitted that Section 10A of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 is brought on statute book by amendment which came into force on 12th January, 2015 and because of it the claim of the petitioner raised in the petition has become redundant and consequently the petition has become infructuous. The petition is disposed of accordingly. The parties to bear their own costs.
