Heard Shri R.R.Vyas, advocate for the applicant and Shri S.M.Bhagde, A.P.P. for the non-applicant. The learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has filed application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying that the first information report registered against him be quashed. It is submitted that the Division Bench has granted interim protection to the applicant and in view of this the applicant is not pressing the present application. The learned advocate has prayed that in case occasion arises, the applicant may be granted liberty to move fresh application after disposal of the application pending before the Division Bench.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
