Shri S.P. Bhandarkar, learned Amicus Curiae for the petitioner, Shri D.P. Thakare, learned Additional GP for respondent Nos. 1 to 5 & 8, Shri J.B. An identical prayer in Civil Application No. 1696 of 2018 in this PIL only has been disposed of on 19.09.2018. Two more applications in the PIL were then disposed of on 10.10.2018. We, therefore, permit the applicant to submit necessary application to the NIT, to respondent Nos. 13 & 14 as also to other two Schools, if not already submitted. 3.
Shri M. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the application is already submitted to NIT and the ceremony of "Ravan Dahan" is being held on
1710cao1886.18 that ground since 28 years. In this situation, he seeks disposal of request today only as Police Authorities have already given necessary permission.

We direct Respondent No. 12 - Nagpur Improvement Trust to take suitable decision on the application of the applicant - Punjab Sewa Samiti, today only.

Civil Application is allowed accordingly and disposed of. No costs.

An ordinary copy of this order be furnished to the parties.

The learned Amicus for the petitioner invites attention to orders dated 11.10.2017. He submits that steps in pursuance thereto have already been taken and the matter is to be heard finally on 21.10.2018 by the Committee. He, therefore, seeks time till 30.11.2018 to submit the report. Accordingly, we extend the time till 30.11.2018.
