This is an application for bringing the legal representative of the sole appellant on record. The appellant is stated to be died on 29/09/2019. The applicant is said to be the elder son of the sole appellant, who is claiming legal representation on the basis of will dated 23/07/2019, which was allegedly executed by the appellant.

Keeping the issue of legal representation open, the instant application is allowed.

The legal representative of the appellant is permitted to be brought on record. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week.
