DATE : 19.01.2024 Mr. Deshpande learned Counsel for the petitioner upon instructions, restricts the grievance to the entry made in 7/12 extract, in terms of the order dated 30/06/1998, passed by respondent No.2.
The Sub-Divisional, Officer, Brahmapuri/respondent No. 3 is present in Court, on whose instructions, learned Assistant Government Pleader makes a statement that the order dated 30/06/1998 (pg 13) would be withdrawn by the respondent No. 2 and so also the endorsement made in the 7/12 extract, in pursuance to Clause - 5 of the order dated 30/06/1998, would also be deleted within a period of four weeks from today. The statement is accepted as the statement to the Court and the petition is disposed of in terms of the above statement.
