DATED : 03/02/2020 This writ petition has been filed by the employer challenging order passed by the Industrial Court, whereby the petitioners were directed to make payment of specific amount towards difference of wages to the respondent employee.

The learned counsel for the parties have handed over a joint compromise pursis, which is signed by the parties, as well as their respective counsel, wherein it is stated that the respondent has accepted Cheque of Rs.5,00,000/- [Rupees Five Lakhs only] dated 12/12/2019 from the petitioners, on the basis of which, she is withdrawing her entire claims, as made before the Court below.

In view of the above, the joint compromise pursis is taken on record and the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said compromise pursis. Accordingly, the impugned orders stand quashed and set aside. JUDGE KOLHE/P.A.
