By the present application, the applicants are seeking to condone the delay caused in filing the first appeal. 3.
The contention is that the applicant No.1 (lady) is doing labour work to maintain her two children i.e. the applicant Nos.2 and 3, who are school going students and due to Covid-19, the financial condition of the applicant was hindered.

It is a matter of record that though, the award has been passed by the Tribunal, but no compensation has been received by the applicant other than no fault liability. This substantiate the reason mentioned in the application, therefore, the case is made out for condoning the delay in filing the appeal. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the delay is hereby condoned. The appeal be TAMBE
