These applications are for setting aside abatement of appeal and for bringing legal representatives of respondent no. 1 on record. As such, respondent no. 2 is one of the legal representative of respondent no. 1, being wife of respondent no. 1, however, appellant-State intends to add respondent no. 1's son, being another legal representative of respondent no. 1.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the applications, the applications are allowed. The appellant shall add name of respondent no. 1's son as party respondent no. 3.

Issue notice to newly added respondent no. 3. Mr. R. N. Ghuge, learned counsel waives notice for newly added respondent no. 3.
