It appears that by way of interim arrangement, this Court vide order dated 22.11.2024 has already suspended the substantive sentence of imprisonment for the period of 15 days on certain condition.

The learned Counsel for the appellants/accused on instructions, submits that the appellants/accused have already furnished the surety before the Trial Court as per the aforesaid order.

In view of the same, the aforesaid order dated 22.11.2024 is made absolute during the pendency of this appeal.
