By this civil application, the applicant-Joint Director of Higher Education has sought the appointment of any other person in place of Dr. Bhau Pundlik Dayedar, as a Administrator of Hazarat Baba Tajuddin Arts & Commerce College, Nagpur, as Shri Dayedar is due to retire on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.12.2016. In the said application, the names of three persons are suggested by the Joint Director of Higher Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur for appointment on the post of the Administrator.

Shri B.G. Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the management and Shri F.T. Mirza, the learned counsel for some of the employees/teachers, state that Dr. Pramod Lakhe, Director,

Since the name of Dr. Pramod Lakhe is suggested by the Joint Director of Higher Education and the same is acceptable to the management as well as some of the employees/teachers, we hereby appoint Dr. Pramod Lakhe, as the Administrator of Hazarat Baba Tajuddin Arts & Commerce College, Nagpur.
