31st July, 2017 By this application, it is prayed that the execution of the decree for partition passed by the first appellate Court be stayed during pendency of the Second Appeal. It is submitted that the appeal has been admitted and ad interim stay was granted on 13th January, 2017. The respondents are served with the civil application.

As the appeal has been admitted and ad interim relief has also been granted, the application is disposed of by directing the parties to maintain status quo in

respect of possession of the suit property with a rider that the parties shall not create third-party interests in the suit property.

Civil Application is disposed of.
