ATE : NOVEMBER , 2024 1) The learned AGP invites our attention to the reply of the respondent No.3 (page 13) which indicates that an enquiry has been conducted against the respondent No.5 and administrative action has already been taken against him and by the order dated 18/02/2014, punishment of withholding one increment for next three years was imposed upon him. 2) Insofar as the action against Mr.B.D.Thakre is concerned, he having already superannuated on 30/09/2014, no action could be taken against him in absence of any provision in rules in that regard. That being the position, the grievance of the petitioner is already stands redressed. The petition accordingly dismissed. No costs.
