According to learned counsel for petitioner, though he is entitled for possession of plot, the authorities are not acting on communication dated 21.5.2025, issued by Executive Magistrate, Tumsar. Since the Executive Magistrate, Tumsar has already issued communication to Police Station Officer, Tumsar, the Police Station Officer shall take the communication to its logical end, in according with law, within four weeks from receipt of copy of this order. The petition is disposed of.
