Heard learned Senior Counsel for the applicant to some extent.

Perused the investigation papers and I have shown my disinclination to grant bail, the learned Senior Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application and requested for expedite the matter. 4.

Considering the applicant is arrested on 10.07.2023 and behind bar since then, the roznama shows that charges are not framed, the learned Sessions Judge shall frame the charge and expedite the matter considering the long incarceration of the present applicant.

The Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
