This is an application filed by the respondents/claimants, seeking withdrawal of the remaining amount of compensation deposited by the appellant insurance company. 2.

It is pointed out that a pursis is filed intimating the death of respondent No.1 and the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 are already on record.

Considering the fact that the main appeal is dismissed by Judgment and Order dated 23.09.2025, passed by this Court, there is no impediment in allowing the respondents/claimants to withdraw the remaining amount.

Hence, the application is allowed. The remaining amount of compensation along with accrued interest be disbursed by granting

2 41. CAF 3932 of 2025.odt 50% amount to respondent No.2 viz. Rameshwar Bhanudas Ghuge and remaining 50% amount to legal heirs of deceased respondent No.3 i.e. respondent Nos.3-A, 3-B and 3-C, in equal proportion. 5.
