Criminal Application (APPW) No.189/2015:

The amendment seeks to incorporate a challenge to the final order dated 05.08.2015 passed in Misc. Criminal Application 1774/2008 and to incorporate appropriate challenges. The amendment is strongly opposed. Keeping open every objection to the amendment, the amendment application is allowed.

The respondents are free to file an additional affidavit, if they so desire.

However, it is made clear that the petition shall be finally heard and disposed of on 20.04.2018. No adjournment shall be granted, for any reason whatsoever.
