This application was filed during pendency of the first appeal which is disposed on 25th April, 2017. By this application the appellant sought permission to bring on record legal representatives of the respondent No.1. Shri Saurabh Tapadia, advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.2 to 4 and Shri V.G.Palshikar, advocate appearing for the appellant have pointed out that the respondent Nos. 2 to 4, who were on record in appeal, are the only legal representatives of the respondent No.1. In the above facts, the appellant is permitted to delete the name of the respondent No.1. The correction be carried out in the judgment also.
