This is an application for condonation of 18 days delay in filing Civil Revision Application. 2.

The learned Counsel for the applicant has stated that earlier the writ petition was filed. It was pending and therefore, there is delay.

The learned Counsel for the non-applicant objected to condone the delay stating that the writ petition was pending for one year and, thereafter, it was withdrawn and then the application is filed. There is more delay in filing the Revision Application, hence prayed to reject the application.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned.

The Registry to register the Civil Revision Application.

The application stands disposed of.
