By this application, the applicant/respondent seeks withdrawal of Rs.9,000/- deposited by the petitionerhusband towards maintenance in this Court. In compliance with the order dated 19/04/2017, the petitioner-husband had deposited the amount of Rs.9,000/- in the Registry of this Court. Vide order dated 24/08/2017, this Court had permitted the respondent-wife to withdraw the said amount by filing an appropriate application. Pursuant to which, the aforesaid application has been filed by the respondent-wife. In view of the orders passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.716 of 2016, the application is allowed and the respondent-wife is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.9,000/- deposited by the
