The learned Counsel for the applicant therefore submits that after admission no notice by paper publication is required. Considering the submissions of the learned Counsel for the applicant, I am of the view that the civil application filed by the applicant needs to be allowed. Hence, the civil application is allowed. The service to respondent no.1 by paper publication is dispensed with.
