DATED : NOVEMBER 17, 2017 This application is filed by respondent no.1 for extension of time to furnish solvent surety contending that four weeks' time granted by this Court earlier since has expired, it is necessary to grant extension of time.

Record reveals that by order dated 28/8/2017 this Court allowed respondent no.1 to withdraw amount on furnishing solvent surety within four weeks. Since it is noted that time to furnish solvent surety has expired, application is allowed. Respondent no.1 is allowed to furnish solvent surety within two weeks from today.

The civil application is disposed of as allowed.
