Mr.Chavan learned counsel for the petitioner upon instructions seeks to withdraw the application at Exh.320 with liberty to file a fresh application delineating the reasons for the same. 4.

Though the same is opposed by Mr.Kaptan, learned Senior Counsel, however, considering that the opportunity needs to be granted. The statement is accepted. The application Exh.320 is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
