DATE : 26.10.2018 Reply filed by the prosecution is taken on record. Heard M.N.Ali, learned counsel for the applicant. He has submitted that the main accused Govinda Atram is already released on bail. Two bullocks are already recovered and therefore, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required. Shri Pathan, learned APP for non applicant-State submits that as per statement of co-accused, he was with him at the time of committing the theft.

From the statement and the reply of the prosecution, the custodial interrogation of the present applicant is not necessary. Hence, ad-interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 19th October, 2018, is hereby confirmed on the following conditions. The applicant shall co-operate with the Investigation Officer and shall attend the Police Station Pandharkawada, once in a week, i.e. on every Sunday in between 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
