After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with a direction to expedite the trial.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application.

Considering the fact that the applicant is behind bar since the date of his arrest i.e. from 16/02/2022, the trial Court shall expedite the trial and shall dispose of the trial within one year.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
